Many clients have fallen in love with
Kauai and decided to purchase a second home here. Since there
is often much to be done to prepare the home prior to moving
in, I act as a liason between the owner and contractors, landscapers,
decorators and service personnel, coordinating every detail.
The scope of work is extremely varied but can include:

- Utility transfers
- Auto purchase, shipping and care
- Interior design and furnishing
- Coordination of services such as cleaning, plant care,
pest control, security systems and gardening
- Set up massages, catering and baby-sitting,
private yoga etc.
- Personal shopping: food, household supplies, personal
effects
- Warranty and inventory lists and photographs
- Preparation of home for owner arrival
- Property supervision and maintenance

My home office is fully equipped with
Apple computers, printers, fax machine and copier and as much
of my time is spent on the phone, I carry a cellular and am easily
available. My traveling office is a Subaru Baja Sport that
is used to haul, pick up and deliver everything from trash to
treasures.
