This therapeutic energy-based healing modality is designed to bring relaxation and healing for the body, mind & spirit. Healing Touch is hands-on therapy that compliments traditional medical care. Its acceptance by major medical centers clearly demonstrates its value in the healing process.

Gentle, non-invasive touch is used to influence and support the human energy system. Craniosacral work is based on the principle that all parts of the body/ mind/ spirit are intimately connected.

AquaCranial® applies the philosophy of craniosacral work to the ocean. The sessions are done in the water. The gentle waves and the salt water assist in the transformational work that can occur. To provide warmth, AquaCranial® is usually performed in a wetsuit.

“Sadly, our fabulous health club facility at the Prince Golf & Country Club has been closed since 2010 and nothing has opened up on the North Shore since. However, most of the classes that were held there have found other venues – many at the Princeville Community Center including yoga & pilates. Aquasize is now being held at the Westin, Aerobics and strength building classes at Hanalei Bay Resort with a variety of teachers offering classes; Taekwondo Doe and ballet continue at other north shore locations.
