Cancellation Policy
The full rent is due within 60 days of arrival. If client cancels prior to
90 days, $100 will be kept for administrative costs and the deposit refunded.
If the cancellation occurs within 90 days, the entire deposit will be forfeited
unless the property can be re-booked.
